Hi! I'm Christine
I have been a graphic designer for many moons as I raised my three boys. I continue to work with a few clients and have reignited my passion for paint as well.
My mixed media paintings incorporate hand painted papers and often have both layers of paper and paint and layers of intention. Some are created with a very specific intention and others happen organically and playfully. I sign them with "Stine" (short for Christine, because I didn't want to be called Chris) which is a nickname that only my closes friends call me. If you own one of my paintings I count you then as a close friend as I'm sharing a piece of myself with you.

About us
Welcome! I am Christine Poyner, owner of OrangeIris Creative. My little business was formed in 2003 when my first son was born. I chose to work from home doing what I loved so that I had more time to be home with family. My business has grown right alongside that first boy (along with two additional ones that came a few years later). Now those boys are a lot more self-sufficient and I have been able to dedicate more time to my own passions.
In 2024 OrangeIris Creative is expanding to include Fine Arts, Classes, and a sister Foot Zoning business called OrangeIris Sole. You can visit me at 410 Maple Avenue Suite 2 in Yukon, Oklahoma, just let me know you are coming!
